"In these days of AI and endless automated phone menus where it’s hard to get a real person, it’s refreshing to call a business like this.
Today, Danna picked up my call right away and was so patient, kind and helpful explaining my policy changes to me. This business is fortunate to have her great customer service.
In the past, I’ve also received great help with great patience from Corina.
I have a very small policy with them so I can’t comment on all aspects, but from the looks of the reviews, Monica Story and her team look like a great place to do your insurance business."
